Swapt and Rivo

Swapt is the defacto platform to reward cusomers of QR codes, mobile-optimized landing pages, games, and more to capture data and convert attendees into paying customers. With the Swapt and Rivo integration, brands can reward customers with loyalty points for attending events.

How the Swapt integration works

Swapt captures customer interactions through QR codes or NFC tags at events. This data can then trigger custom actions in Rivo, like awarding points for event check-ins or interactions. It’s a way to boost engagement and incentivize visits, as each interaction recorded by Swapt can instantly reward attendees within the Rivo loyalty program. This flow keeps customers motivated to engage both online and offline.

Installing the Swapt Integration

From your Swapt Dashboard, go to Integrations and tap Rivo. To set up the integration, you will need to access your Rivo API key and a custom action name.
